This Privacy Policy applies to the PairPix mobile application, hereby referred to as the “Application,” “App,” or “PairPix”.

PairPix is an AI-powered couple photo maker app that helps users create couple-themed photos, romantic portraits, and AI-generated images visuals using templates, effects, and AI-powered editing tools. This service is provided as an “AS IS” service.

 

Information We Collect

User-Uploaded Images

PairPix uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to process images you upload and generate AI couple photos. User images and any associated data are not retained after processing, except for temporary storage necessary to deliver the generated results to the user.

Images may include faces; however, the app does not collect, extract, analyze, or store facial data. We do not perform face recognition or attempt to identify individuals.

Some templates may also require additional inputs such as text prompts, relationship themes, style preferences, or scene descriptions to generate personalized couple visuals, romantic backgrounds, outfits, poses, or themed images.
 

Image Processing

User-provided images and related instructions are transmitted securely to Fal.ai solely for generating the requested couple photos and AI edits. Images and related instructions are processed temporarily and are not used for any other purpose.
 

Face Data Handling

PairPix may process images uploaded by users that contain human faces. This section explains how face data is handled.
 

Collection of Face Data

We do not specifically collect, detect, or identify face data as a separate category of information. However, images provided by users may naturally include faces as part of the content.
 

Use of Face Data

Any image that may contain a face is processed solely to provide the app’s core features, such as AI couple photo generation. This processing is performed using a third-party AI service - Fal.ai. We do not perform facial recognition, face tracking, or any form of biometric analysis. We do not identify individuals or create user profiles based on facial features.
 

Sharing of Face Data

To provide our services, images are securely transmitted to the third-party AI processing provider, Fal.ai. This data is used only for generating the requested results and is not shared with any other third parties.
 

Storage and Retention

Images, including those that may contain faces, are processed temporarily and are not stored after processing is complete. We do not retain face data or use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling the user’s request.
 

User Consent

By uploading an image and using the app’s AI features, you consent to the processing of your images, which may include faces, solely for the purposes described above.
 

Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that images are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
 

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI couple photos, romantic portraits, partner-themed visuals, and AI edits, user photos and related prompts are securely sent and processed by Fal.ai.

The service processes the data only to complete the request and does not retain the data beyond processing.

No biometric data, face recognition data, or personally identifiable face information is collected or shared.
 

Data Retention

We do not retain user-provided images, prompts, or related data after processing is complete, except where temporary storage is required to deliver the generated results to the user.
 

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • App version

  • Crash logs

  • Basic analytics data

This information is used only to improve app performance, stability, and reliability.
 

How We Use Information

Collected information may be used only to:

Generate AI couple photos, portraits, and edits

Create romantic, partner-themed, or relationship-style visuals

Detect and fix crashes or technical issues

Analyze general usage trends through aggregated or anonymized data

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share user images or personal data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

The Application may use third-party services for AI processing, analytics, subscriptions, or crash reporting. These services may include:

User Consent

Images are uploaded and processed only after explicit user action and consent. By uploading images and using AI generation features, users consent to the temporary processing of their images and prompts for generating couple-themed photos, romantic portraits, and AI edits.
 

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

You may also stop using AI generation features at any time.
 

Children’s Policy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.

Security of Data

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect user information during transmission and processing.
